Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear collectors,

This sale of mainly numismatic material is possible due to “good heart” and enthusiasm of few dealers and collectors who have donated coins, books and uniform of their own property. Charity does not seek glory or admiration; it becomes anonymous and anonymous should remain. Every rule has its exception and I hope you will forgive me, if I publicly thank the contributors; Arturo, Alberto, Cesare, Davide, Federico, Marco, Matteo, Raffaele, Simone, SNI, and not mentioned.

Their contributions have been identified with a wine from their area, or very pleasing to them. I’m collecting coins and medals since 1980 and I know them all, for the most part much younger than me and this heartens me, the future of numismatics in Italy is safe and in generous hands.

The sale, is ... faraway from established lines of the auctions we are used to participate. Lot descriptions are discursive, while maintaining the correct "grading"; The order is scattered depending on when the material was received. A coin of Naples, for example, can be present in several contributions, so with the use of "search" function it can be easily identified throughout the auction.

All lots are "to sell" without any reserve, with starting prices deliberately far below to real market value. For each lot you will find: (target xxx€) the figure that is believed to be the estimated value, the figure that we hope to realize as donation.

ALL earnings will be donated to: Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association coming from "wine" contributions, while the "Joe Condor & Friends" lot is donated in its fullness to the Friars Minor Canepanova of Pavia who take care of ensuring a hot meal for the needy every day.

Varesi s.r.l. takes care of the entire sale administration: viewing at their offices, invoicing, shipping and exports documents. Bidinside of the publication and bids. The auction takes place only Live in remote and will be held by Alberto Varesi and me. Auction fees is 5% for the sole purpose of covering out-of-pocket expenses.

Please note that if a lot is awarded abroad, shipping times can be extended up to 90 days, while payment must be made by invoice received.

Our targets are to raise at least €15,000 for AISM and €5,000 for the Canepanova Friars. We are counting on you ... Make yourself or make a gift that gives a smile!.

All coins offered for sale are guaranteed authentic and genuine by Varesi s.r.l., therefore it is intended to be sold in all respects at hammer during the auction. Therefore, sold as "seen and liked", refunds of presented material are NOT accepted.
